I've been going here my whole life. Dr. Brunner is literally the best around in my books. I'm surprised to see so many low ratings. They must not be being seen by him because ive never had any issues with him or his nursing staff.

I have been going to this doctor office for a couple of years, today that changed.

Dr. Foster made me feel like I could not question him about my care or medication. He told me 3 times if I didn't like it I could find a new doctor. He didn't have time to have a conversation about how I felt, he treated me at my last appt.

This is NOT an office to go to if you want to feel like a the doctor.is listening...but if you want to feel like a number, be rushed out, not get clear medication knowledge then feel.free.
I made a complaint with my insurance carrier amd will NEVER go back there again
This is what people are sick of....we pay $$$ for our Healthcare and some arrogant doctor thinks he shouldn't listen

This practice is by far the worst of the worst. It used to be amazing when Dr. Enoch and Dr. Butler were around. Medical records are the worst to deal with. I called and got someone at the front desk who answered the phone with “hold please” and then came back on the phone with “how can I help you” in a very rude tone. How about “thank you for calling Wichita Family medicine this is …. How may I help you?” . Then I was transferred to medical records who just answered “medical records” she asked what I needed and I let her know that I couldn’t log into our portal. Instead of just letting me know what information she would need from she was rude and then said I need dob. Ok well you don’t have to be rude about it. They have all been a bunch rude grouches for years and just getting worse. There are other great practices in the area so just avoid this one.

Overall a pretty good doctors office. Seems very busy, but the nurses always call me back. I docked one star because the wait for labs in the morning is very long. I think they need to hire more staff to help or something.

Noone responds on the portal. Went in because of an ingrown toenail. One of the doctors said they knew how to do the procedure. I kept having to ask for more anaesthetic since I could very clearly feel the tools ripping into my skin.

Kept trying to convince me it was just pressure. Nope I certainly felt it! Was in pain the rest of the day as I wasn't taken care of properly. Then the issues were reoccurring so I went to a specialist. They literally and I mean literally assumed that I had done a home surgery on myself. "You really messed yourself up on this one." Nope that was just how bad they butchered my toe. Almost two months since this new procedure and its nearly healed. I also wasn't in pain all day since they actually gave me enough local anaesthesia.

We have swapped as of today to another Primary care.

I absolutely love this office! It truly is a tradition family medicine office. Our whole family sees Dr. Steere and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She takes the time to get to know each one of us, she is patient with my new mom worries, and thorough in her care of us.

I had been seeing Dr. Drew Schultz for years and he left in October 2018. I have a very complex history and a rare kidney disease. I was very nervous about starting over with a new doctor. My care was transitioned over to Dr. Stephanie Shields. She has been incredibly helpful and has helped me tremendously.

She has compassion and is highly knowledgeable regarding my issues, especially my kidney disease. She is a highly intelligent and a sharp doctor. Great bedside manners, cares about her patients and works to keep you on track and healthy as possible. I feel better and healthier than I have in many years. Outstanding care and she made the transition easy, comfortable and is willing to listen work with her patients. I have complete trust with Dr. Shields.

Beth is the nurse I've had for years and is still my nurse and she is wonderful as well. I'm thankful to have them both caring for my health. I highly recommend Dr. Shields and Beth for a nurse. I've read a lot of negative reviews regarding front desk staff and care coordination, but I've only received positive experiences so far and feel they actually listen and are very good about getting back to me in a timely manner and they communicate my needs to Dr. Shields effectively.
