So happy to have my King Ranch that Eric at Vincent Motor Company sold me. Eric was able to answer every question and also go over the carfax with me that help me make my decision to purchase the truck I wanted. The team was patient with me while making sure that this was the truck my family and was going to love for the next few years. We drove from San Angelo on a Saturday morning to look at a vehicle, Eric greeted us as soon as we got there. He was friendly and there was absolutely NO PRESSURE, like none from him to buy the vehicle. We test drove came back had a small concern about the vehicle. He offered to get it repaired Monday and deliver it to us 90 miles away. They kept up their end of the deal and I'm super pleased! I've bought many vehicles from new car dealerships and used vehicle lots and Vincent Motors was the best by FAR. Paper work was seamless and quick. Totally recommend!!

I just recently bought my jeep from Vincent Motors. This was our first vehicle to be purchased there. They made it extremely easy and probably the quickest it has ever taken to purchase a vehicle. This is what it comes down to. if you wish to do business under pressure then go find that place.i my self prefer to deal with people that are real. This company has absolutely they best people to deal with laid back and just fun!! To my sales man Eric I can't thank you enough you how to handle business and Steve the same for you!! Bad service. We bought a truck that we only kept for a few months. Called Vincent Auto for a refund on the 5yr warranty. Was told we'd be called back in an hour but nobody ever called. When I called the next day I was told the guy who was supposed to call me called called in that day and their hands are tied until he returns. Who do these people think they are tying other people's money up? The truck we bought here also needed $5k in repairs right off the lot. With both of these things in mind we probably will not but here again. And we're still waiting for the guy to call.
