Absolutely worst company in the USA! Customer service doesn’t exist! Never returns calls, issue has been going on for months. Everyone you talk to doesn’t know anything and will have a supervisor call you back. Still waiting, 4 months,, awful long meeting they’re in. Not one of the thousand people I spoke with were able to help me or get me to the person that could!! You need to know how to speak 500 languages to be able to understand all the representatives answering the phone! Enough is enough, I now have a lawyer!
Most unprofessional business no knowledge of what they’re doing!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. NO CALL BACKS !!!
You can expect to hold for an hour before actually speaking with someone and if you do speak to someone sooner, the phone quality is usually crackling and often drops calls. The call prompts aren’t accurate and just circles you back to the beginning. The call center “customer care” team are not fluent in English and make it difficult to express my needs. I’ve been on calls with children screaming in the background or roosters crowing. Extremely unprofessional !!!
Over the years using U.S. Med, there seems to always be a problem with my medical equipment. Although my insurance covers 100% of a C-Pap machine, one was not sent to me! After 10-MONTHS of waiting for my equipment and multiple “apologies” for the continued manufacturing delays and account and mailing mishaps. I accepted defeat and purchased my own C-Pap machine out of pocket. Even then, the ongoing problems of re-orders continued. Either it doesn’t arrive at all, or the wrong equipment would arrive. At which point I’ve had to send it back and wait another 3 months for the proper replacement parts to be delivered. Luckily, they have now sold their C-Pap division to Nationwide Medical. But they did not transfer my account to them as promised in a letter to me.

Horrible experience with this company. Sent me a defective glucose meter also I have ALS so I can't calibrate a meter that isn't set up for me. Apparently it wasn't programmed and it was loose and almost came apart and when I tightened it the screen went out. I'm not in a position to program the meter or use the test solutions because I don't have dexterity in my hand anymore due to the ALS. Too many problems with the setup it was anything but user friendly and the company doesn't seem to respond when I call them all they do is play commercials for me to order other equipment. They don't include the control solutions that you need that require you to call them and request them! This is just a big rip off on Medicare and for a disabled person like me it's certainly not suitable equipment so I'm going to file complaints with the appropriate government agencies because they don't seem to know how to deal with disabled people who need special accommodations with the testing equipment and they send an incomplete package and then I have to call for control solutions that are not included. They tell you in the instructions not to use it until you've tried it with several control solutions but they don't include them. The name of the meter was True Metrix. I wonder if it was made in China? Anyway this is not the company for you to provide diabetic testing equipment if you have the disabilities like the ones I have and also it's overly complex to set the thing up to work correctly and of course if it's damaged when it's shipped it's another problem but anyway there's absolutely no customer service here.
Need to contact Medicare about this as well as the FDA and Florida AHCA.
