Dr. Weeks is the ABSOLUTE best. She listens and cares. She always gives me a hug at each visit. She is so sweet and truly wants you to feel better and be okay. You can tell she loves her job, and she is SO good at it. She's even sent me messages after hearing i was in the ER. I switched from another practice, and I've never been happier. I've been seeing her for over a year now.

The staff here is incredibly rude. I am mentally exhausted with the back and forth when I just need a simple answer. I got a phone call this morning from someone who didn’t even give me their name about my two children needing a telehealth appointment, she had a disgusting attitude but also had no clue what she was talking about. She didn’t know all the details. It’s unfortunate because when I met Holly Weeks I was assured that I could go to her for anything, and I drive far just to go to this location but her team of ladies behind her are very coarse, have no empathy and are simply rude. I will be finding my children a new establishment, because I refuse to allow someone to blatantly belittle me and ignore my concerns.

Update: I had to call back because the telehealth link didn’t show up and found out that the person I spoke to name is Sherry. I spoke to another employee this time but Sherry was in the background frustratedly answering questions that the employee on the phone was saying back to me, I guess they thought I couldn’t hear Sherry being so rude in the background. The link still is not showing up but I’m already getting so annoyed with how rude they are.. I just want help for my disabled children.

Good Doctors but reception staff is rude to patients, sometimes they are busy on long phone calls while patients are waiting for appointments or paperwork etc,

I have been seeing Dr Heisman-Rifkin for years. I love her! She is knowledgeable and compassionate. And her staff is great too. Symee (I know I spelled her name wrong. Sorry about that) is very kind and knowledgeable. Both the doctor and the nurse take time with their patients. I’ve never felt rushed.
Great experience all around.
I highly recommend this medical office.

Horrible Doctor. I won't go back. Wasted time and money on 2 appointments with no or incorrect results. Had bloodwork done and Doctor forget to request white blood cell count. Also miss diagnosed thyroid nodule as lymph nodes. OK. DONT GO HERE!!!!

Receptionist was very rude his name was Arron. He cut me off when I spoke. He refused to even listen to what I was telling him. Blamed the insurance company for what was going on. My insurance has to approve certain procedures. My wife was diagnosed with Syringomyelia and he was acting like it’s no big deal. What a jerk. No kind of people skills.

When explaining my symptoms that have been shrugged to the doctor she asked "what do you what me to do." I replied with, "I dont know how to answer that." If you want a doctor that is going to guess what you have going on instead of taking tests, hand out antibiotics that arent needed, or schedule a million appointments before you eventually go to the hospital or specialist on your own, than go here.

I've found the reviews posted here unfounded in my experience. From reception to the assistants I've found the staff and Dr. Lockner to bend over backwards in an effort to help me.
