I was very very pleased with their Customer Service and final product.

As an Air Force pilot, I was looking for custom, flight suit name tags to hand out to my Groomsmen, Ushers, Fathers, and others in the bridal party for my wedding a few months back. I called them a couple weeks prior to the wedding and gave them some suggestions. They immediately went to the drawing board and did not disappoint.

It was $10 for the initial design process which eventually went towards the first patch. I was requesting 15 individual patches for select members in the wedding. They were able to incorporate my wedding colors, a bow tie (where AF Wings would go), the person's first and last name, and their role in the wedding i.e. Groomsmen, Best Man, Officiant, Ring Bearer, Usher, Father of the Bride/Groom.

The final product exceeded my expectations! They were in constant contact throughout the whole process via email, phone, and text. I should have given them more of a head's up to start the process, but Thomas Tag went above and beyond to ensure I had the patches designed, created, and delivered on time. The patches were a hit as a gift, but more importantly, the patches added a unique twist incorporating my career, the wedding colors, and the role that each individual served in our wedding. My bride and her friends were a little jealous as well!

I highly recommend this company for all of your patch needs. I will definitely be back!

They were able to make me some army name tapes super quick, they had the good Velcro too. It was about 5$ each name tag with Velcro. 10/10 will come here again to get name tapes. It also looks like they make guideons and dog tags too.

I have used them a few times and love the quick turn around and quality. This time I drove 30 minutes out of my way to use them. Unfortunately they put my badges on the Air Force way instead of the Army way. Anyway, after having to make an extra stop they made it right. The customer service is great and they do a great job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in the local area. I can't really the fault the Air Force mix up, they are outside of Peterson AFB, it happens.

I appreciated the reasonable price, but would've appreciated it more had they taken the care to sew my patches onto my leather vest straight and centered rather than off-center and crooked. Now I have to choose between two bad options -- leave the patches crooked forever or have them straightened and have a circle of pinholes through my leather forever. They called (thanks for doing that!) to say they couldn't sew on a certain patch without sealing up my pocket -- I could name three places immediately that could handle that routine task, so I had them leave it off and took it to another sewing place that did overnight service. There are better options than taking your sewing needs here.

Update: I had the crooked, off-center patch Thomas sewed on corrected as much as possible by someone competent in leather work. It's not perfect, but the imperfection is far less noticeable than the screwed-up job Thomas did. If you want leather work done well, go to an actual professional -- visit Troy at Westside Boot & Shoe on Colorado Ave. He's excellent.
