Really strange, I just moved to Greenville and wanted to get my prescriptions transferred over. The gentleman on the phone said he didn’t have it in stock however he could order it. Then asked for DOB, address, name, and then asked me if I had another pharmacy that they could transfer any other medications from. I told him no the only medication I receive regularly would be the one I am trying to get filled. He then says well I’m sorry we won’t be able to take you on as a customer. Why not explain that before gathering so much private information and why did he even need that information?

Spoke the owner and he made it right. The customer service has improved and I am so thankful for the owner. He is the sweetest and I am glad to say we stayed!

The pharmacist was so rude here. Hung up on me after arguing with me. Won’t be back.

I have never had any issues with the pharmacy to be treated so ugly. Please let me explain.

I had surgery Nov 20th and have ESBL with two kidney stents which I removed yesterday on my own. It’s not a big deal I am use to it as I have recurring kidney stones and sponge kidney.
My pain doctor called in a script for me because the surgeon wouldn’t if your on pain management. That’s another issue by itself entirely. However the pain doctor called me in a 7 day supply as I’m so sick. I called MS (medicine shoppe) and Bree answered and said I would need to have the doctor call up there and confirm to get my med early so he did. I went to pick up my med and Keith the pharmacist came to the window and said, you are early getting your med. I said well my doctor called up here. He said I cannot give it to you because of DEA regulations. I said but my doctor called up here. He said even if your doctor called i cannot give it to you till tomorrow per DEA regulations is that all. I said I guess so and went home in pain and suffered all night. Then I sent a message to the medicine shoppe this morning and Bree, who is a very sweet lady said I am so sorry I left Keith a note. I will have to talk to him. Go ahead and head this way and we will have your med ready for you when you get here. Once I got there Keith opened the drive threw door and said yes we have your script but I cannot fill it . I said well my doctor called up here. He said yes I talked to him, I wanted to confirm it myself. I was like, ok. He said your doctor did not put instructions on it and I will not release it to you without instructions. Im like really. This is now 2 gas trips up the MS and troubled my doctor 2 times. So I sat in my car debating what to do. I went back up to the window 15 min later and it was ready, this young guy with curly hair, very nice checked me out. He gave me the owners card very kindly. I have never had any issues with my meds to of been treated so ugly. I am transferring all my meds to a different pharmacy. This is absolutely ridiculous and to have to deal with all this running around town with 2 kidney stents an infection and peeing blood is beyond me. It’s terrible America has come to this, even with surgery you are treated horribly.

I went to pick up my son's medicine just like I always do he gets 2 prescriptions one of them is a very expensive script called Latuda it is almost 70 dollars so my sons doctor gives him samples if they are available to save my son some money as he has 6 kids and very little money for himself. While sitting there waiting for the prescription a very large man with a booming voice says my son never picks up the Latuda and the medicine shoppe is not going to put up with this anymore this is the last time don't come back any more. This man was very aggressive and a bully that I found very frightening so tomorrow I am calling corporate headquarters and my entire family is changing pharmacies. He reminded of one of those bouncers that used to work at a bikers club
