Tried to exchange a gift I received for something else (pricier) and they said the weren't able to do it with just the tags and no receipt... They started asking me name, last name, phone number, email, everything about the buyer who just did what everyone's does: only tap her credit card.
Went to the other store in Lionshead and they happily exchanged it with no hesitation in just seconds. And they also were much more more friendlier and nicer, and apologized for this store.
Just go to Lionshead!

Sky Valley Chateau

While visiting Vail, I stopped in the Patagonia store just to look around. A sales associate noticed I was looking at the duffle bags. I currently own a Patagonia bag and was comparing the two. I shared with the associate a slight issue I was having with my bag. Upon hearing this information, she introduced me to the store’s GM. The GM was extremely nice and asked if the bag was with me (it was because I traveled with it). Upon retrieving my bag, she gladly replaced it with a new bag off the showroom floor.

For 30+ years I have been a very loyal Patagonia customer because I value their products. Today’s customer service experience proved to me that their employees are equally as good as their products. Much appreciated!

We stopped in not knowing if this store would carry the larger sizes in coats, but Kayla immediately went to work with a smile, finding a couple different choices for my husband and we were surprised! Kayla knew exactly where to look and within minutes we purchased one of the coats she brought out for us. We were very impressed and very happy to be walking out with a warm coat. It felt like walking out with a big hug from Patagonia (and Kayla) wrapped around my husband. Great service and we’ll definitely be back for more! Well done! Highly recommend stopping in!!
