I had an absolutely incredible experience at Orchard Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, the front staff made me feel so welcomed with their warm smiles and professionalism. The spa itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.
I came in for a hydration facial, and it was beyond amazing. Cherie, my aesthetician, was so knowledgeable and kind. She took the time to explain each step of the process and tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin's needs. My skin has never felt so refreshed and glowing!
If you’re looking for a top-tier med spa with exceptional service and results, I highly recommend Orchard Med Spa. It’s truly a hidden gem!

In 4 decades this was my 1st time ever visiting a med spa, and I couldn't have made a better choice! I was referred here by my friend, who couldn't stop gushing about this spa, so naturally I had to go! I HAD THE MOST AMAZING 1ST-TIME EXPERIENCE! There was no wait, the place was luxuriously decorated and appeared super-clean and beautiful. The reception staff Shelby was super friendly, and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at-ease. She was professional, courteous and just glowing, with her looks and personality! After meeting with the esthetician, if that's the correct term bc I'm new to all this, Lisa was the reason I was there, and she met and exceeded my every expectation! Lisa was outstanding, skilled, super friendly, knowledgeable and experienced, and did not push or up-sell anything. Her hands performed a miracle and I'm overjoyed! I couldn't recommend this spa enough, and I couldn't have picked a better 1st-time experience for me! Importantly I made beautiful friendships with other clients. I'M SOOO HAPPY! DEEP GRATITUDE TO SHELBY AND LISA.... you'll be seeing me all the time now, as this is my go-to place permanently!

Lisa is the best in Castle Rock. She never tries to upsell you, she listens to what you want to achieve and she is patient with questions or concerns. She is willing to help you organize treatment plans, and helps explain the results and expectations. Her spa is beautiful, her staff well trained, and I love visiting. She has created a Castle Rock gem for all of us!

Orchard Med Spa has perfected every detail for an amazing experience with beautiful results. It always begins with Shelby at the front who is the best at what she does. She even modified my online booking to allow enough time when she saw I accidentally didn’t request my usual. I receive Diamond Glow facials and dermaplaning (ALWAYS add dermaplaning) from Claire. She is committed to creating a relaxing experience and is a wealth of knowledge when I want to learn more about my skin. I am grateful.

Lisa - the owner with over 22 YEARS of experience is hands down the best provider I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting work done by. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and had a great attention to detail. On gods honest truth - I did not feel a single thing - I got Botox and filler and have already made a follow up appointment for future needs. I’m telling you, this is the ONLY place you need to go if you want it done right

I have been going to Orchard regularly for a few months now, and am noticing a significant improvement on my acne scars and general skin smoothness/texture. Claire is absolutely wonderful at what she does, and appointments with her are the smoothest/most relaxing micro needling appointments I've experienced. Highly recommend.
