I’ve been going to New Image for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Leanna is amazing and I completely trust her with my face. She’s hands down the best injector I’ve had. I accompanied my parents to this salon for their Botox treatments, and I was thoroughly impressed. Lauren, who handled their treatments, is incredibly kind, sweet, and energetic. My experience with New Image Med Spa has been nothing short of spectacular. Let's start with the expedient way they responded to my online inquiry. I responded to that return email message with a phone call and secured an appointment within the next day. The day of my appointment, I was genuinely impressed by how clean, cozy and chic the office was. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive and attractive! They had me registered quickly. My care provider was nurse Leanna Arrietta, and she was the consummate professional. She looked the part of a well-put together woman in the med spa industry, but once she spoke, she also sounded sincerely compassionate and knowledgeable. She put me at ease despite the rather uncomfortable nature of why I came in that day. Having her perform the procedure most likely took some of the discomfort away. She explained what to expect, the aftercare steps, gave product recommendation to prevent infection and scarring and made sure I was scheduled for a follow up with her in a few weeks. I may have found my med spa for life because of her! I am definitely coming back for more services at this wonderful place and will recommend them to friends and family.

I have been a huge fan of Noralyn. She does my treatments and is honest and trustworthy. When I have a procedure done I always say; I want to look natural as possible. She listens and I appreciate her. To me she’s the best!!!

I had my first Microneedling with PRP session at New Image and I couldn't have had a better experience. First, all the staff at NIMS is great. They are so friendly, accommodating, and professional. I started my prep and blood work with Andrea and I was a little nervous because I have sensitive skin. She was super attentive making sure my skin reaction was normal while numbing. She made me feel really comfortable and put me at ease. Then my session was with Leanna who is a true professional. I felt confident I was in good hands and she made sure I didn't leave without everything I needed for my post treatment care. I am so happy to have this great team nearby and I'm excited to continue my skincare journey at New Image Med Spa.
