Get your drivers off of their phones, I just followed a medspeed Van on a parkway through a tunnel at 35 mph, he was All over the lane, when I passed him after the tunnel, he was more focused on his phone than the road, not safe for anyone to be on the road with him.

My experience was with a driver who turned road rage into a new meaning. After visiting the Veteran's Hospital in Oakland, I was on my way home when I may have turned the corner in front of a Medspeed driver. While there were no skid sounds or any visual of a possible accident, the van driver laid on the horn and continued to blow it for a couple of blocks while screaming out the window. Not knowing what was going on, I stopped and got out of the car only to experience the worst barrage of filthy words directed at me. He called me a stupid f*ing b'ch and told me to stick my f*ing car up my f*ing ass! Not until he finally told me why he was angry, did I know that I had possibly done something wrong in my driving. However, the screaming of obscenities continued until I went back into my car and drove away. I might add that I have a perfect driving record, no tickets or accidents, but I did apologize to him if I did turn in front of him. He never accepted my apology and was the most rude and inconsiderate driver I have encountered. I hope that cussing out and frightening a 64 year old female veteran was worth his time because I don't think the company appreciates that type of behavior and the people who passed by on the street didn't appreciate it either.

Had a few deliveries from them so far, and each time they've been calling me to make sure someome was home or to figure out a solution for the refrigerated meds.
Never has such care in a delivery before.

On June 20, 2017 @ 3:53 pm, I was leaving Children's Hospital to get on the shuttle and I was IN the 'posted' crosswalk and the Medspeed driver kept on driving and never stopped for me to finish crossing the driveway. Posted speed limit is 5mph and he was going faster than that. I waved at him - he ignored me. This was witnessed by both the CHP shuttle driver and an employee sitting in the first seat of the shuttle. The shuttle driver just shook his head wondering why he did not stop. It's is a PA state law to stop when people are in the crosswalk. It's not like I just stepped into it - I was halfway across it. So I've been calling the Pittsburgh MedSpeed General Manager, John Pool for the past 3 hours and his phone has 2 busy signals and hangs up on you. Hmmmm, that's not very business like.
