I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. Brandie setup my equipment and showed me how to use it. Brandie also spent a lot of time making sure that we found just the right mask. I recommend Brandie and The Medical Depot for any of your CPAP needs. Thank you!

Their equipment and Customer Service
are awful. I went a full weekend with an oxygenator that had a "blow out." Twice! The second time, I had to speak to the store manager and tell him I was changing companies before I could get any help. He said he would send someone right out. Three hours later, Wendall showed up. He was extremely helpful and courteous. He installed a different machine. Not long after he left, the machine "blew out." I called back and Wendell was here very quickly to install machine number 4. The moral of this story is, if you need help at Med shop, call for Tim and ask him to send Wendall. OR, go somewhere else in the first place.
Add on: I had an appointment for a "walk test" on Monday. I was supposed to call to confirm. When I called the first time, The person didn't know what I was talking about. It went downhill from there. The women I talked to were condescending and very rude. Time to change companies.

Had to pick up a compound med. This place 40 miles away was the closest to me. I thought I was in one of Beverly Hills pharmacies. Very plush. Everyone was very nice, and the pharmacist who waited on me was knowledgeable and genuinely nice and check this. They have private consultation rooms. Though it was a drive. I'll continue my relationship if more compound medicine is needed. It's at a busy intersection, so be ready to go a block and turn way.

My entire experience with this company has been a nightmare. They first received my prescription from my doctor on 3/15, they called me that day and let me know they received the paperwork. The girl name Cheyenne would not return my phone call after I left her messages. When she finally returned my phone call she advised that they were back logged and it would be a while before I got in. The respiratory therapist finally called me back two weeks after that to schedule my appointment for my CPAP machine, she told me they had been waiting on insurance. She told me on the phone my appointment was at 2:30. Finally the day arrived for my appointment. When I walked in...one respiratory therapist recognized me and went to the back for the entire time I was there, cause she doesn't care for me. The customer service rep confirmed with the respiratory therapist that my appointment was at 4 and advised I can wait and she will try and work me in. As I'm sitting waiting...at 2:40...one lady came up to me and rudely told me my appointment was at 4. Then around three the respiratory therapist Celeta came in and rudely reminded me appointment was at 4. So...all I can guess is I am not allowed to sit here for an hour and wait. So I am currently waiting on my paperwork so I can go elsewhere even though the respiratory therapist is available. It's ashame they were more worried about arguing over my appointment time than actually helping a customer.

Great medical equipment company with great concern for their clients
I thought my home oxygen machine wasn’t working Windell the equipment repair man was at my house within the hour
Tubing was bent and I didn’t notice
Windell made sure I had all the supplies I needed checked my emergency canisters and didn’t make me feel inferior for not realizing the problem
Thank you Med Shop and Windell

It took the better part of a year to process the paperwork for my lift chair in large part because the employees at Med Shop couldn't be bothered to pick up a telephone and talk to my service coordinator from United Healthcare (my ins. carrier). After endless phone calls and no end of frustration on my part trying to coordinate the two of them, my chair finally arrived. That was three months ago.

Now my chair is standing in the corner of the living room, stuck in the fully upright position. When I called to inquire about repairs they told me it was probably the controller and it was covered by the manufacturer's warranty. BUT I would have to pay a $60 service fee before they would come out to look at it. I asked about just bringing the controller to the store/shop and was told it needed to be connected to the chair.

So my options, as a shut-in, are to pay their service fee (which I can't afford) or haul the chair to their 'service department' myself.

I can't report them to Medicare for fraud since they did deliver the chair, but I can let the public know they should avoid this collection of community college rejects if at all possible.

One parting thought; if the chair was new why did it break so soon? And if they know the controllers are defective, they should make other arrangements for their replacement.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in January 2023. The doctor’s office recommended two medical supply locations, one of which was MedShop. I decided to go with MedShop because they were local. I now realize that was a mistake. When I was fitted for a CPAP, the technician had me sit in a chair and I only tried one type of mask. It seemed to fit ok but I don’t sleep sitting in a chair. I called back with questions, but was told the technician was out on “personal business” and would call me back. I never received that phone call.
In January of this year, I got supplies and had to pay the full amount because I had not yet reached my deductible. The claim was not filed by MedShop until May. In the meantime, a doctor charged me as well because Medicare had not received the claim from MedShop. MedShop has yet to refund the full amount to me even though they have now been paid by Medicare and my supplemental insurance provider as well as by me.
Based on this experience I would not recommend MedShop.

This business really needs to understand the value of their customers. When you drive 40 minutes to pick up a script, call them and let them know you’re 5 minutes behind due to traffic and will arrive at 5:30, yet when you get there at 5:30 the doors are locked and the lights turned off. Please give your customers a bit more care. Beyond that, what pharmacy closes at 5:30? People work till 5-5:30. You’re closed weekends too, people want to use you, but you make it difficult for them to do so. I urge you to do better by your customers, and better by your community,
