Amazing service/Reliable and Trustworthy. On Time/Early -Patient/Kind! I rarely do reviews as I just don’t feel that great & I usually contact a supervisor if necessary. However, I wanted to share my experience, when Marcus Galloway “from” Med-Quest Transit, LLC took me to my doctor’s office. I was impressed initially when I received a call from Marcus, verifying my location. It was also 15 minutes prior to the pickup time. This was the 1st time someone verified my address, & gave me a much needed “heads-up”. I have gone to the same doctor 14 times, & 12 times the driver has been late; 1 time a driver arrived with no notice, & canceled the trip within 4 minutes. 13 of my 14 rides have caused undue stress, as I have had to change the time, date, or office I’m going to. This is extremely difficult because I’m disabled & I had to arrange for my daughter to drive over an hour to watch my pet, several times. I also take medication which I cannot be without. No appt. means no meds=confinement to bed. Marcus “with” Med Quest Transit, is the only 1 out of 14, that did everything right. The drive is around an hour or so, & I usually do my makeup on the way, as I’m slow moving & in quite a bit of pain. I got to sit in the front seat, in a nice van, which made everything easier. The air worked too! I haven’t been sleeping much, & the drivers are usually the only humans I talk to, w/ the exception of the doctors. And boy do I talk; like I’m an auctioneer. (Just ask my little 10lb Chorkie who probably wants headphones in her stocking!:). I managed to tell him my entire life story from around 2001-2023, give or take a husband or 2?. When he dropped me off, he said something like, “I’ll see you later”; I was confused, because typically I have to go through the entire process, a 2nd time with a different driver/service. The only negative, was that I got there an hour and a half EARLY, & only had 1/8th of my makeup on?Marcus listened compassionately to me, when like so many others, he could have claimed to not know English, or texted people while driving, or made phone calls. He also mentioned that he arrived early at a doctor’s office, only to find out that he needed to come back in another two hours for another client; he could have easily pawned that off or at least been REALLY angry with them, but he was not! During the ride home, (thankfully for both of us, I was too tired to talk anymore:) we just listened to an NBA podcast/interview. During which the guests on the radio were swearing often, which didn’t bother me at all. I noticed that Marcus would lower the volume each time. It may have been a coincidence, but I appreciated that! When we arrived at my residence, I explained that I didn’t have any $ for a tip as he was getting my walker out. I told him I would give him another 5 stars; but he just told me to rate the business on Google. I was confused because I’ve never had a driver do that… So, when he handed me the card & I saw that Marcus was the owner, it made sense; he was not “with”, or “from” Med-Quest Transit. He is ⭐️Med-Quest Transit⭐️!!! I assumed the entire time that he was a driver for them; simply because he was calm, kind, and courteous. The majority of owners that had a customer like me, so many people double booking, along with the stress of owning a business and driving in Florida, would and could have had a sense of entitlement, impatience, or judgment. But he did not; he was caring, diligent, professional and extremely patient. Through all of my words. Please take away just how much easier your commute and day might be, if you choose Marcus Galloway & his business Med-Quest Transit, for your doctor, hospital, or other related rides. You won’t regret it!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️TRC
