I’m literally making this review for my 73 year old grandmother because she was extremely pleased with the check out personnel by the name of Stephanie, if I’m not mistaken. My grandmother is slow to speak and hard of hearing and Stephanie was super patient with her by answering all her questions and concerns. There was even a moment where a line started to form and she by no means necessary neglected the patient she had in front of her (my grandmother) and me being someone who works in hospitality, understands how important that is. I just wanted to say that you all have an amazing worker and I pray you all cherish her. It is very hard nowadays to find decent customer service and this young lady’s got it!

So a year ago my appointment was made for today. I drive in and parked my car in valet because parking is usually free for patients but come to find out that is not the procedure anymore. So now patients are expected to pay for parking on site - okay whatever- would of been nice for the office to communicate that prior. Then I arrive to the office and the front desk representative says my doctor is no longer with them and told me I would need to reschedule. I declined that offer and suggested for them to find a doctor to squeeze me in and thank goodness they were able to. Management need to look at these reviews and figure out a better way service their patients especially when previously assigned doctors are no longer with the organization. On the other hand, the staff are kind, and helpful. I really like my new assigned doctor and I hope she's there on my next visit. Next time on dragon ball z....

I called to the billing person in charge her name is Missy (not sure the spelling name) I haven't never been in a situation with a person start yelled at me or give me rude answers, when I was asking her about a bill. This person care less about being professional or patient, I'm checking out my service out of this office, she forgot she gets paid from US the Customers, she doesn't have any right to treat people whatever way she wanted.

Dr.Benjamin-Chavre is amazing and knowledgeable. Nadine is great help and super passionate about her job . Them two together make my parents very comfortable with coming in for a visit .

Don't go here! The individuals that work in this office do not respect their patients. MedFlorida Aventura chooses to cancel my appointment without notifying me which shows they don't care about their patients. Choose another facility with people who will respect your valuable time.

Update: Please be advised that when a patient calls into the office to make the appointment that is considered to be confirmed! When you physically speak to a representative at your office to make the appointment, there is no need to confirm the appointment after. It appears that you know how to make the appointment, you just don't know how to keep the appointment. Good job at trying to skirt around the fact that your office didn't respect their patients by blaming the patient for "not confirming" their appointment! More reason to not go here.

After 2 years coming to this place, I will not be coming back. They have switched my primary doctor twice, and they don’t even tell you that your next appointment is actually with a different doctor until you realize the day of the appointment.

Something is going on at this place that every single primary doctor that I’ve had there has moved to other places. Customer service is really mediocre, they just want you to move to a different doctor like if it is not a big deal… when you finally move AGAIN to their next available doctor, they have to redo EVERYTHING because basically all your info is gone, then you have to follow a new treatment and get used to the new doctor and whatever he/she wants to send you that is not the same at all ….

Terrible experience and definitely I recommend moving to other better and more serious medical place

My father and I visited this office today and someone dropped the ball with the referral for the cardiologist. We had seen the PCP Dr. Paola Cintron yesterday virtually and she said she will have the referral ready for my father to see his cardiologist for the following day (today). We have waited months for this visit to only have the office of Dr. Paola Cintron at MedFlorida medical center not have the referral ready. We spoke to the referral coordinator and she said my dad needs to have an x-ray and and EKG to get the referral... she also said “the cardiologist might not have an X-ray or ekg so we can do it here”.. I am not buying this...how could a cardiologist not have an ekg or X-ray capabilities I said...we are so confused and cannot believe that our long do specialist appointment is in jeopardy. Please MedFlorida, make some changes ASAP!!!

PCP Benjamin Francios Chavre is a true delight to have as your personal Primary Care Physician. He is a knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and caring practitioner. He spends time with you to listen and then gives extremely knowledgable, cheerful and friendly Medical advice. He and the Staff at MedFlorida Aventura are the Best! Even when calling in, the service is incredible. Oh and the MedFlorida Pharmacy is great too.
