Awful experience with this company and their representatives who were rude, abusive, incompetent and obstructive at every turn. They literally can not enter the simplest dataset such as a payment that has posted into their "system" which seems to record no information despite verified emails, recorded calls, verified faxes being sent. At this point it just seems like fraudulent business practices not incompetence, please just disband and stop ruining people's lives and credit scores

I've waited well over a year of working with this system to form my formal opinion and write this review. So here it is... this is a pretty awful program to work with. Extremely delayed response time to issues. Oftentimes told there is nothing they can do. Some of the very basic components of billing are missing/non-functional/glitchy. I see a response to a prior review that they didn't see any support tickets. You will find MANY requests from me. The support tickets are responded to fairly quickly with a "we'll look into it", but months to hear back if at all. I'm not saying it's all bad, but the negative certainly outweighs the benefits. Difficult to work with, would not recommend this PM/workflow integration to any practice.

Sandy at MedEvolve El Paso, Cielo Vista, was excellent!! I had to bring my 89 year old mom to get tested and Sandy went out of her way to test my mom in the car. All technicians/ nurses, are great at this location, nice and quick. Highly recommend this testing facility!! Thank you!!?

I have never heard of med evolve because they are back end. If I had the reason to do business with them, I wouldn't. Unfortunately, some provider of medical services DID choose them and MY information was released publicly. No, no, no, no, no. No, I would not recommend them. Irresponsible. Inexcusable. Should.be held liable to the consumers they exposed via class action for pain and suffering.

This company revealed my personal data through an unsecure FTP. Needless to say that this egregious lack of intelligence should speak volumes for how this company is operated and the quality of the products. I would not contract with this business if I were a half intelligent human being.
