The reception at this location was unprofessional and discourteous. As a client seeking to renew my service, I encountered several concerning issues. The TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) was improperly administered, with incorrect dosage recommendations and unsuitable prescription advice. Additionally, an unlicensed representative was administering injections, a task that should be handled by a doctor or nurse. To make matters worse, one of the staff members remarked that her time was more valuable than that of the clients. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking reliable care.
