Starting 24 October 2024 only 4-12 year olds allowed in Kids Spaces

First off, I love there is no better place to get furniture. The staff is great and the place is affordable and clean.

The reason for my poor review is the new kids spaces policy. Is terrible. We have bought all of our furniture here since our move in San Antonio because we love taking our children to Kids Spaces and being able to shop even if it’s just one of us.

The same smooth brains decided that parents aren’t allowed in the Kids Spaces and only 4+ is acceptable needs to reconsider or face losing thousands of customers like myself. I will not be shopping here after 24 October. I don’t understand the need to fix things that aren’t broken and make things worse for their customers.

What a beautiful store. And the associates were wonderful. Not pushy at all. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am so happy with my purchases. I’m excited to get them in my home!

I can't express how much I love this company. They have amazing products and amazing customer service. Not to mention, their white glove service is phenomenal and affordable. I wish I knew about Living Spaces sooner, because I would have bought my couches from them instead of from crummy company called Lovesac. Anyways, the bedroom set and TV stand we ordered is absolutely beautiful. When there was a problem with the TV Stand, not only did the send a technician out.. They even went above and beyond by replacing it with a new one because they couldn't fix the problem. With no additional charge! That's great care for their customers! I wish more companies had this kind of customer care. Thank you Living Spaces for being such a phenomenal company. We will be back to finish furnishing our home soon.

This store was absolutely beautiful. The staff were nice and very helpful in answering my questions. The bar was also a lot bigger than what i expected it to be. Selena was very helpful in explaining their selection and what to expect from each drink. Would definitely recommend and be coming again.

My step dad bought a $5,600.00 US dollars Stearns and Foster mattress purchased at Living Spaces in Schertz, Texas. This is the third one in ten months, with the Rocky Mountains running down the middle and deep ditches on the sides. They will not reimburse his money.

What an absolute ridiculous policy to not let a 3 year old play on the indoor playground when parents are present. Instead of shop for a couch I had to try and calm my 3 year old down because he didn’t understand why he wasn’t old enough for a playground when he is at any other indoor playground.

If you’re gonna offer something so parents want to be in your store, this is not the way.

One year ago, we spent $3000+ on a matching set of 3 couches. Since then, 4 separate cushions have developed LARGE rips at the seams.

They replaced the first cushion cover, which tore within a month of purchasing. On the second ripped seam shortly after, they said they would send a new cover and never did. There are now 3 torn seams and they refuse to replace them.

The salesperson completely misled us into purchasing the extended warranty (several hundred $$$, with accidental coverage) using a load of FALSE sales pitches. They refuse to fix our couches that are literally falling apart at the seams, when all we do is sit on the things. What is the point of the warranty? There wasn’t even an accident; the quality is just so poor it cannot handle regular use.

We are not people who can afford a new couch every year. Please do not spend your money here, and absolutely never buy the bogus warranty (as usual).

We walked in and walked out a new couch set in under 10 min. The fastest $5k+ purchase we ever made. Staff were present but not pushy. They were attentive and pleasant. There were a lot of selections to choose from, but because staff really listened to what we wanted, we were able to go straight to the items we were looking for. Everything was great, even right down to the delivery. Great job team Living Spaces.
