This office is GREAT! The doctors, nurses, and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable, to accommodate you with whatever you need. You don’t wait long at your appts. People say they never answer the phone, however this is a very busy office with a ton of little patients, so the way they run their office is you Leave a message when you call bc every 2-3 hours messages are checked followed by call-backs, if you leave a message at the end of their buisness day you will get a call-back following morning. They also have 24/7 answering service, which is the one nurse that works in the office, she’s Great! The only problem I have ever had or seen is with the parents or the older children patients that go to the office. Ya know not all parents act like parents or adults. But as far as getting great pediatricians, nurses and staff it doesn’t get any better. After your there for a little while, you just become part of the KIDSMED FAMILY!!

Update: The staff has gotten better. Much more mellow and kind.
Not very good doctors. I gave them a permit’s physical and they did not fill out anything except a stamp and their signature. I also asked for a nasal spray and they gave me a prescription for cough syrup. They close at “5 pm” but wouldn’t open up at 4:30. They don’t open on Saturdays or Sundays for people that also work and has a family to provide, we can barely take off any days to go to the doctors. Lastly, I had a prescription for ointment from them for my severe eczema where a couple years later, I come back for a refill and they would not fill out another prescription for me because it is “too strong and will give wrinkles in the future” which is awful because that is the only thing that keep my eczema in check. Before that ointment, I would have to go to the emergency room because I would wake up with my face scratched up with blood & blood under my fingernails but that was not a good enough reason for them to refill it. So sure enough you guys would know why I highly dislike this place and would go somewhere else if my family’s medicaid would allow us otherwise.

I love it here! Both my kids have been coning here since birth. And they are now 14 and 10 years old. Both my kids are autistic. We have always been treated like family with a welcoming environment. Dr. Cooler is amazing! And we use to be very close with dr. Mike. (RIP) Dr. Ragina is also the sweetest and kindest. All staff is patient and understanding of my childrens needs. Thanks guys for the outstanding care you have provided to my kids always.

Horrible service. I see the people in the front yelling at the parents of the patients on the phone. They are so disrespectful.
But, the doctors are good.

Appt at 1:45 it’s now 2:31 still haven’t been seen by the doctor son ended up crying his self to sleep this is sad looking for new office this one is way to small anyways
