Food was good but thats the only praise warranted. Customer service was lacking as the man behind the counter seemed to despise any customers he had to deal with interrupting his YouTube videos. Loud sexually themed R&B music blasted even with children on the lanes. Malfunctions galore that when brought up were shrugged off with a "good luck getting it to work" by the staff.

The bowling area part is the most disorganized place I have ever visited on a military post. We had a birthday party booked and Employees did not show up at work on time. Unfriendly personnel. The gentlemen from the eatery place was trying his best.
We actually like the eatery place. Typical fast-food meals they offer. Chicken wings are really good. Their personell are very friendly.

Prices are great. My experience with the staff was not the best; very unhelpful people were trying to bowl and pay, but it wasn't straightforward just to get the shoes. After almost 2 hours, I finally got my order for food. I had to leave immediately. The kids were hungry, and the wait time was unnecessary.

The staff is easily overwhelmed by groups. It's a great time if you're the only group there. However, regardless of how nice the staff is (and they are very nice), the bar tender, cooks, front counter, and the bowling rental/repair person, are not trained or conditioned to handle a crowd.

Place was about a third of the buildings copasity and they could no longer operate.

Only 8 lanes in use, and about 30 pax at the bar, with additional floaters getting food.

We enjoy bowling as a family, but the quality of food and service received from staff is inconsistent. Staff are not very helpful or make you feel like you are bothering them. The lanes always have issues. The bathrooms are gross and rarely have paper towels. Often, I have gone for lunch, and they only have like 4 items listed as available, but then they say they don't have those items either. The fried foods taste like they have been cooked in old grease. It wouldn't be a problem if this base had other food options open past 5 or available regularly. Trying to get help with the lanes can take a while. There are some nice staff and the kids bowl free is an excellent deal. I like tue new coffee drink choices, but I think our soldiers and families deserve so much more. The bowling alley could definitely use a renovation and some re-training on customer service for staff.
