No pressure salesman, staff was very friendly. Phillip was extremely helpful with my questions and did not try to up sale. I will definitely go back and purchase more furniture from Phillip.

Let me tell you, these folks really need a lesson in salesmanship. The color that matters in business is green, not black, white, or red. Regardless of who walks through that door, their money spends just the same. It's laughable to judge customers based on their skin color when you're not even earning any commission. The problem lies with the salespeople, not the customers.Instead of wasting time being judgmental, they should focus on selling. Anyone who takes the effort to drive to a furniture store is serious about making a purchase. Personally, I decided to take my money elsewhere and ended up buying a couch, a chair, and a coffee table elsewhere.On top of everything, their delivery time is ridiculously long – three weeks to get your items delivered? That's unacceptable. These sales reps are a joke. Save yourself the trouble and take your money elsewhere.

Hunter Was an amazing salesman, went out of his way to carry furniture around the store to see how it looked in a set, he’s going places and for sure deserves a promotion. Hardest working employee I’ve personally seen in a long time.

We worked with Kolby. I don't think I spelled his name right, so sorry about that. He was so kind and helpful. He was quick to assist us too. Hunter was helpful as well telling us about our couch. It took a little over a week to get our furniture and the two men who delivered were so kind as well. They set everything up quickly and without any damages to my home. 10/10 would use Furniture Row again.

He also sold us over other furniture stores in the area due too the greeting us with a warm hello treated us like we were family upon entering the store.
