Master Ruth is an absolute professional. She was incredibly attentive and caring, carefully explained every step of the procedure, and created such a comfortable atmosphere that I felt completely at ease.

I want to highlight the excellent organization and attention to detail. Before the procedure, I received clear recommendations on how to prepare my skin and care for it afterward. They reminded me about my appointment several times and even sent a detailed guide on how to find the salon, which was very convenient.

At the reception, I was warmly welcomed and offered tea, coffee, and candies—small gestures, but they made me feel genuinely cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, leaving such a positive impression.

Best place in LA for laser. All the staff made me feel welcomed and took such good care of me. I arrived a bit early to my appointment and was offered tea or coffee while I waited. Everything got explained perfectly and I felt in such good care while getting my laser on my legs done. Aftercare was explained perfectly as well and they will contact you after a few days to check on you. After just one session I can already notice a difference with my very course black hair. Love this place!!! It deserves more then 5 stars. Thank you For U, can’t wait for my next appointment! 🙂 this business deserves so much praise.

Great experience, amazing costumer service! They focus on providing results rather than trying to get you to spend money with no result. The nurse providing the service was very comforting, made me feel safe and told me what to do to care for my body after the hair removal to keep best results. I highly recommend you give this clinic a try to get the laser hair removal you’ve been meaning to do!
