I would caution against sending your OTF Benchmades here for warranty repair. I was surprised to be charged $50 by Flashpoint merely to retrieve my knife. Upon contacting Benchmade directly, I learned there should have been no charge for handling. To top it off the associate handed me a receipt that showed $0. This experience feels predatory; I hope the $50 gained was worth losing a customer over.

Purchased a new Colt M4 Carbine from Flashpoint Firearms early February 2023. Brad from Flashpoint was extremely helpful and friendly. I'm new to the 2A community and just started my firearm collection. Brad didn't make me feel stupid for lacking some basic knowledge - instead he offered to meet with me off hours and help teach me basic cleaning/care for my new rifle. Bought after the new Illinois "Assult Rifle" ban, as I'm currently exempt from the law as a plaintiff in Devore's suit against the state ban. The entire process was easy. Brad had a list of clients who are exempt. He verified my name, then it was business as usual. Not much "red tape" at all. It was an easy experience and I will definitely be back. There are closer gun shops to my home, but I will drive back to Flashpoint to make my purchase there, mainly due to the amazing customer service I received there. Stopped by, and while the front is boarded up at the moment, it is really open for business, they are just doing some remodeling. Updated review because I had a previous "not stellar" experience, but I stopped in again and Brad was behind the desk. He greeted me when I came in and was very helpful with questions I had, even though it wasn't going to get him a sale. He took a fair amount of time to talk even though he was busy doing paperwork when I walked in. Totally changed my opinion about this place for the better. Thanks Brad for your great service.

As a new conceal carrier I do my research on my own but Flashpoint is a good place to go. Very honest, good prices and very knowledgeable on guns and has layaway with down payment that’s affordable. The dealer was also concern about my comfort level of the gun that I needed/was requesting for my Fibromyalgia which limits me with handling a certain gun of impact. I been to gun shops that would not be straight with me and sell me anything but Flashpoint gave me options and truth to be confident at my conceal carrying, safety and ready for defense without trouble.
