Bad receptionists, great medical staff. Front desk muttered "Oh my god" when I asked them to repeat a word I didn't hear. Doc was incredibly thorough and insightful and gave referrals.

Dr. Shen has provided my husband and I with exceptional care. He listens and explains better than the vast majority. I feel honored to have him as my doctor whenever I need him.
Just don’t confuse the office staff with the physician.

The amount of times my mother and I were written off at this practice and actually being diagnosed with serious diseases by other doctors. I will rate 2 star because dr. Chen was very good and actually listened and took initiative. The other doctor I’ve had and (I won’t say a name) said it was normal nothings wrong with us. I even asked to see what type of vitamins I should be taking just to feel better and never got a phone call back. Probably best to get a functional doctor. Front desk is super helpful. But these doctors need to start listening to their patients and take them seriously and get in the mindset of “we will figure this out” instead it being 2 years later and finally finding answers from a different practice.

Doctor Chen May be the worst doctor I have ever been to. I had enlarged lymph nodes in my neck and felt for 10 seconds and said they were "too small to be anything". He then recommended a blood test but I already have had 2 but he insisted on another. He then told me just because of my young age that there was definitely nothing to worry about. He clearly doesn't care about completing the full extent of his job and instead looks for an easy excuse to make his job easier.

This group of doctors truly stand out far beyond the rest! I am an 11 yr active duty service member in the Army and I have seen many doctors both civilian and military. Dr Shen is an amazing doctor what honestly listens and cares for what you have to say. Probably the best doctors office I have ever been to!

This practice has been deteriorating for years and has finally hit rock bottom. Gone are the days when they had caring physicians and staff. Now that they are under Doylestown Health they offer sub par care. The front desk behaves robotically and the PA on staff lacks medical knowledge. Take the time to look elsewhere for care. Drive a bit further if necessary. This office is not where you want to be.

Don’t think you can get an appointment. You can’t talk to anyone who will schedule you. If it’s serious, they tell you to go to the ER and if it’s not serious they tell you it’s a month. Same day appointments have to be scheduled that day but nobody ever called you back so you can’t get in. Worst
