ME ARRIUINARON…

CMS was recommended by a friend; decided to give them a try. There was initial confusion regards to my appointment time, however once I showed the message received on my appointment they accommodated me.

The staff is friendly and the place was very nice. The reason why I am giving CMS a one star is because I went in looking to receive 20 units of Botox, once there I was recommended Dysport, and offered a promo discount. I was told they were the same, that Dysport was actually better, offered quicker results and that they would honor the same price quoted for Botox. Since they offered a discount, and per the recommendation, I instead received 23 units of Dysport.

After getting the Dysport did some research and found out that the Dysport units are not equivalent to Botox, that more units are needed. The areas where I received the injectables show very pronounced creases I did not have. The provider also suggested two units under the eyes, which only created ceeases on the area that I did not have either.

Not happy with the results at all. Pictures with dots taken on 12/15 at CMS just before the injections, the pictures without the dots are today 12/29 Sadly, I look worse than when I went in. To me it seems that the technique used was not appropriate. I was better before and regret having gone to this location. ? I would not recommend ?

I had Hilary and Mariann who were absolutely amazing! They offered great customer service made me feel very comfortable during my visit. They were so nice and had so many kind words to say about my appearance. I will definitely be going back as this is an experience every customer looking forward too!

I just moved here from Canada and I was looking for a place where I can get Botox injections. I am incredibly happy with the results. I highly recommend this Med Spa for any of your needs. Couture Med Spa made me fall in love with my lips again! I had lip filler and a lip flip done a few months ago and the results are amazing. It was the exact amount for that perfect pout look. The staff was very professional and the rooms were clean and welcoming. Highly recommend this Med Spa!

I absolutely love Couture med spa in Kissimmee! When you walk in, you are walking into everything luxury! From the ambience, to the treatments and way you are treated, you leave feeling like a queen! Everyone is so nice and professional, especially Mariann and Hilary! I will be back soon!

Wife has been wanting a treatment for a long time but was always nervous to go. I convinced her to go for a consultation. Hillary and the staff made her feel so comfortable my wife wanted to get the treatment that day, nothing to think about.
