Amazing! Great customer service. My NP did a wonderful job. She had some Restylane left and asked if she could use it to support the volume elsewhere, and I agreed. She was attentive, and the experience wasn’t as uncomfortable as I expected. I highly recommend her!

However, I was put off by one thing: the practice asked me for a tip. I’ve never been asked to provide a tip in this kind of setting before. Additionally, they repeatedly mentioned that I had a Groupon, which made me feel like I might be treated differently because of it.

Looking for subtle fillers and botox? This is the place you’re looking for. Not only is the staff extremely polite and professional, they are all well trained. George Burns is a very skilled professional with extreme attention to detail. He injected my chin, jaw, lips and smile lines, Bruising was minimal!!!! I have a facial droop cause by preexisting nerve damage and he fixed the asymmetry in my face. Not only that, I look so natural and balanced. No pillow face, no alien face. He restored my confidence! I dont know if they changed the owner but I’ve been a client since their old location in sunset drive . I’m very disappointed, i recommend them to my mother in law and first time we had no problems(sunset location) now this time she has to come back for a revision and they told me it would be a follow up( meaning i have to pay again) they said we took 15 days ( counting holidays ) long story short you get what you pay for ! Pay more and make sure you are happy with the outcome somewhere else. Wont be coming back .

It was time for my botox and i had to look for a new place. My usual place moved too far for me. I found CLP on groupon and decided to go there. I told the lady I only wanted to do my crows feet and a very tiny eyebrow lift on the end corner of my brow, which I had previously done once in my usual place. When the lady injected me for my brow lift, she injected me in a totally different place on my face than the previous lady did. I just figured everyone has there way of doing things. 3 to 4 days later I noticed that my crows feet were perfect but instead of my eyebrows going up they started going down. Thats when I decided to call the place to let them know what was happening. They asked me to send them pictures which I did and they made a follow-up appointment. I went back and the lady agreed with me that they did go down a bit and she decided to inject me again to fix it. Once again she injected me on the very top of my forehead. I gave it plenty of time for it to fix but it never did. My ebrows are droopy and now I feel the HEAVINESS ON MY EYELIDS! I called again and they had George call me back. He said that he looked at my case and that there is nothing wrong. He also said that the lady "never injected my forehead ". WTH? He wasn't even there in the room with us. If the lady never wrote it down, it's not my problem. I feel if he would have first asked her instead of just reading notes she would have told him what happened. I am an office manager and I would never treat any of my patients the way he treated me. At least I would have asked for the patient to come back to see how the problem could be fixed. He didn't do any of that. He sent an email to me saying the same stupidity that came out of his mouth when he spoke to me, attached my signed consent form and then attached the "before pictures"they took along with the "after pictures" that I SENT THEM 3 to 4 days later. In other words, he didn't send me the "after pictures " that they took 2 weeks later. When I mentioned to him about my follow-up I went to, he had no clue that I had gone to a follow-up. So how did you "study" my case George?
I told him that I didn't want a full refund because I was happy with the crows feet but to refund the $80 dollars I had to pay another place to try and fix it. He told me he wasn't going to do that because his lady has been with him for 4 years and because she NEVER injected my forehead. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME?)She may be good but definitely did not know how to lift a brow corner.
The attached top picture shows you the before picture they took when they asked me to raise my brows. Notice how my brow goes up in the corner. The bottom picture is a picture that was taken 2 weeks after the follow-up. Im literally trying to lift my brows. They are totally down and will not go up. Am I just crazy? George, you may be great at whatever you do but you definitely need someone else to work with customer service because you're just horrible.
