I would not use this company. We asked if we paid, they could wait for my mom’s appointment to return her home, they said no. That was the first red flag. Then they sent a different driver to pick her up after her appointment. Her Dr. had ordered an emergency surgery for her and she was to go to the surgery center next. They asked the driver if he could drive her to the surgery center instead of home and he said no. I was the payee, they didn’t check with me or call me about this request. My mom called a freind to have him come and take her. The driver would not help my mom’s freind with the transfer into his car. My mom is injured now because of this incident.

I won't be using this company I'm afraid. They may be nice people with good service, i don't know, I've never used their services because....when i called them to get an estimate for a trip, they tell me I owe them a "no show" fee of $50 for some prior trip that I never confirmed with them.
I'm meticulous about this kind of planning. While I did call them (and a couple other companies) a month ago and I provided specific addresses for the transport to get an accurate cost estimate, i never booked it with them. I chose a different company. So now a month later, when I need another transport, I call this company for an estimate and they say i owe them $50! Even though I never have used their services, never confirmed anything. It's a shame (for this company) because I was planning on using them this time (I'd called a day prior and they gave me a good estimate; but when i called back to confirm and lock in everything, that's when they raise this $50 issue).

Helped my friend get a ride from San Joaquin gardens to central valley community bank today. It was a five star experience from start to finish. The price was fifteen dollars less than the nearest competitor. The staff on the phone was courteous and professional. And the driver, Jeremy, was outstanding. I have dealt with medical transport companies because family member needs and this one was the best...by far! God bless all who see this. ?

The driver Claudio was so rude. I ask him to help wheel my husband. He responded with attitude putting both of his hands under his armpit while standing and he stated I am not going to do anything because I am only do transport and he said he is a manager. I was gonna used this company twice a month us a routine transport in many years while my husband still alive but I meet a rude person that I don’t expect and argumentative too.

Nothing but good to say about this company and its staff. My mother is 91+, bedridden and on Medi-Cal. This is of the few transport companies that makes it easy to get set up and cover transport that way. Suzy, Marianna or David. It doesn't matter who helps you. I believe they really care about their clients and about their caregivers. Since I live in Los Angeles I have to have someone who checks all the boxes for transport care. They do!

Terrible service, the owner of the company stopped my dad’s services without ever notifying him and we found out on his dialysis day when we called to make sure they were gonna pick him up and the owner offered no explanation all he said was that it was a business decision to no longer pick him up, he also didn’t let me speak, every time I said a word he would repeat, “ ya ya ya ya ya”, like he didn’t care or want to hear it. Then kept saying the office is closed today like he just wanted to hang up. These people don’t care about their clients at all. My dad didn’t deserve that kind of treatment or to be in a panic worrying about how he was going to make it to dialysis. He’s very old and and weak, and needs dialysis 3 times a week and these people showed no compassion. I normally expect rudeness from the receptionists but the owner was just as bad. Save yourself the future grief and try K&A who were ready to pick him up immediately even after he canceled their services for comfort med.

Driver said he would wait and then left. Driver did not give her card or contact # to call for her return ride home. Don’t trust your loved ones with this company ...
