I just had treatment 2 of 3 for scars on my face. Microneedling, Deka and cool peel. I have already seen improvement after the first treatment and have more confidence than I have in years. Let me start with saying wow ? my entire experience at cloud 17 was stellar. Dr. Hernandez was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He was extremely skilled and gentle he did an excellent job with the fillers I got!! He took his time and made sure everything was symmetrical and smooth. I didn’t even feel it. Mais made sure the anesthetic was timed perfectly. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They even found me a cell phone charger when they heard I was on 1%. They continually checked in on me to see if there was anything I needed if there was any wait at all, which there wasn't. Taylor and Olivia were also very friendly and helpful. So glad I found cloud 17! The entire office was just amazing!

I've been going to weekly appointments with Cloud17 for about a month now for weight loss. The entire staff at Cloud17 has always been inviting, kind, and knowledgeable. You can genuinely tell that everyone in that office cares for you and your goals. On top of the staff being absolutely fantastic, I'm seeing great results in my weight loss journey by being down 12 pounds by the time I went in for my third appointment. I received a complimentary facial through an Instagram holiday giveaway, and I am so happy that I did! Taylor and Olivia were so welcoming, professional & educational. I had such a wonderful experience receiving my Hydrofacial from Olivia. Conversation was wonderful, but she still provided me with ample time to relax and rest. She recommended products I was able to purchase both at the spa, and over the counter. The space was clean, and beautifully decorated.
