I’ve truly enjoyed my experience at SlimmThicc Med Spa & Aesthetics. The staff is very friendly and I always feel very comfortable. I purchased a 16-week program of the semiglutide and I am 3months in and have lost 20lbs. My appetite has decreased significantly to the point that I get full after eating one properly sized meal, and it keeps me going for most of the day. Along with the weekly injection I also try to make better dietary choices. The staff answers any and all questions or concerns about any of their products without trying to push their products on you. They are also very aware of how busy life can get and are willing to accommodate any appointment changes needed. I highly recommend SlimmThicc Med Spa.

This place is a total scam, they lie and are super unprofessional. First of all, they lied to me to get me into the Spa because I preferred a particular laser. Adrianna who booked my appointment told me that they have that particular laser and clearly booked me for the services which I explained in detail. Still, when I went there, they had a different laser, upon questioning the treating RN that I had booked an appointment to be treated with a particular laser, first, she said she did not know if they even had that laser in the first place, then she changed that to say that specific laser that I had booked an appointment for may be broken. I was so surprised that she did not even know what type of lasers they had there and the nurse was not properly trained in operating the laser, first, she kept changing the skin types and then she kept changing the energy (from low to high) just to pretend that she is trained. After a few minutes, she said she would be back then the owner Daniel came in who was a joke, I never even asked to speak to him, Daniel was rude, condescending, and failed to give any explanation about changing the laser on me, about changing the areas where I was supposed to be treated, about the highly untrained nurse etc. Daniel had no empathy and said: "we don't have time for people who come here". He seemed Rude and arrogant as if he was a big shot owner of a big place or something. The only thing he seemed to care about was the MONEY and that is it, Period.

I was very surprised with some of the previous reviews on here who are probably getting Ozempic and giving them good stars which is not this place but the medication working for weight loss. I am an independent reviewer who wanted to leave a honest review and I would give SlimmThicc 0 star if could for their services and demeanor. Very Disappointed with their lies, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism so try to avoid this place if you can and LOOK OTHER PLACES.

Now they may lie again that I was never there or something in their response instead of just apologizing which the owner Daniel never did about changing the laser, changing the services which I had reserved my time for because he only seemed to care about your Money.

I’m so glad I found this Medspa!

I initially came in for Botox because of their affordable pricing, and I’m so happy with the results that I’ve since started coming back for other services like skincare treatments — and I plan to try laser hair removal in the future. The service menu here is fantastic, offering a wide variety of treatments at very fair prices.

What really sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by everyone. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely care about making sure you get the best results. I’ve also had several treatments with the estheticians, who are so sweet and takes the time to explain everything in detail.

One of the things I appreciate most is their quick and responsive communication. I text them a lot with questions, and they always respond super fast and provide thorough answers, which I really value.

I’ve been for 10D lipo twice. I felt some light tugging during the procedure, super comfortable and easy. Will try to update in 3 months if I’ve seen improvement.

Everyone is very nice. I was having issues with the Groupon I had purchased, but they honored the Groupon price - great customer service!
