Just started as a patient last week! I was so impressed with the office staff and Dr Edeen himself. Very professional, caring, attentive, knowledgeable, felt like I was in the right office to find the help I need for knee issues.

Initially, I was nervous about seeing an orthopedic surgeon to discuss an impending hip replacement surgery. I can honestly say that upon meeting Dr. Edeen, all of my fears vanished in a breath of fresh air. I was pleasantly surprised by his down-to-earth approach and candor. I felt he really cared about me as an individual, which reminded me of my experience with my own recently retired Dr. Robert Shaw, who has been my doctor for the last 50 years. Trust me; there can be no higher praise than this comparison. I actually look forward to my upcoming surgery . I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I will be in the very capable hands of Dr. Richard (Richie) Edeen.

Very nice bedside manner! He really could not help me with my sacral issues but he looked at my hip X-rays that I requested from my primary care doctor Dr Gainer & she said last year my hip X-rays were fine but Dr. Edeen told me that I have bad arthritis in both. Appreciated the correct information. It really shed some light on the problems I had and have with my hips.

The only disappointment I had with him is that he referred me to a Dr. Menard and after reading his awful & terrible reviews.... no way would I go to him.

The staff was very nice as well.

As always I was seen promptly. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Dr Edeen really listens to all of my concerns and always makes me feel much better about my conditions. I always feel better after visiting his office.
