In 2020 I went through a medical trauma due to doctors not related to this office and it was a completely different office. I am now dealing with issues that I will have forever. It’s been 4 years and I’m still trying to figure it out and I have a goal to live as long as I can. This new office Sierra has been helping me get the help I need to live an optimized life. Without her, I would be in a much worse situation . She is currently leaving this month so you most likely would not be able to see her but I’ve also felt with other providers in this office and they truly work as a team. I literally trust this office with my life and comfort in my body. I’m a person who doesn’t give out thier trust ( especially when it comes to my body now my previous doctor had me go through unnecessary medical trauma that will last my life). I trust this office .

Every visit runs about an hour (or more) longer than scheduled appointment time. I still haven’t seen the dr, but only the NP each visit. Bedside manner is bleh. Very “as a matter of fact” without showing much empathy. Also seems more of a bandaid fix treatment rather than getting to the root of issues. Finding new dr office asap.

This office is so incompetent that they can’t fill out a prescription correctly nor will they take the time to fix their mistakes on what they write, they blam the pharmacy but the pharmacy never gets a response from the doctors about any of the issues, I’m on daily meds now I’m out and no prescription ever sent to the pharmacy, it’s been 2 month of fighting with them on this issue and nothing but broken promises and lies, well it’s been 3 weeks since this and I got 15 pills on my refill with no more refills allowed, I have been fighting to get my referrals from the doctor also since my last visit months ago, I’m letting the lawyers handle it now as it’s malpractice, I have found a new doctor, got my new prescriptions from him and no issues with getting them filled, I also have appointments with my new doctors referrals witch I left the office with and they actually followed through with sending them to the other specialists, within 2 days of my visit at my new doctor everything was taken care of and refurals we in place and able to set up appointments with the specialist. Sun n lake is a scam and they don’t care, just save yourself time and go to another doctor.

The reception staff is professional, kind, and helpful. Dr. Sierra is exceptional, very attentive, kind, intuitive & has an amazing bedside Nabor. Dr. Sierra never makes you feel rushed, unheard, or like another number. You feel like you are her only patient, she really shows care and concern which in this world is a rare & priceless commodity.

not a happy camper. asked to see a doctor,after 2 hrs of paper work and seeing a nurse a nurse practiciner came walking in.asked her why i had noy seen a doctor if which see reply i would have to make another appt to see a doctor.

Showed up for family appointment. Waited 45 minutes past scheduled time. Desk staff did not provide any explanation and did not apologize. Medical staff in the room never once apologized either after hearing about the wait. Watched six others show up after is in the waiting room and were seen before us.
