I did my first facial at U Med and it was delightful! Aleina patiently explained each step really clearly and customized the treatment to my face sensitivity and based on my preferences. My face is glowing now! She also gave me skin care recommendations after my consultation. I felt pampered throughout the experience, and booking the appointment was super easy - Toby at the front desk helped me schedule the appointment for the same day. I love that the spa was so luxurious, comfortable, and clean, and everyone was so friendly. Would definitely come back for my next appointment soon!

Best experience every time! Ms Kenzie is so knowledgeable! She’s always listening to your concerns and helps you to make the right decisions. She is very professional and I appreciate her and the entire staff! Front desk staff are always friendly! They put on a smile no matter what! They are truly amazing people! God bless you!

Had Botox w/Christine. She nailed it on the first try! I was very happy with the results. My previous injector at a separate business establishment either didn't know what she was doing or was being less than honest with how much Botox I needed. I ended up needing less units with better results with Christine!

I had an amazing experience today! The spa was beautiful, clean, comfortable and inviting. Kenzie was my injector who was knowledgeable, patient and very kind. She answered all my questions and I never once felt rushed. I will definitely be returning soon:)
