Booking appointments at Cosmetica is quick and easy, and the office environment is clean and professional. Overall, you get what you pay for. I decided to give the disport another try even though the first time I went, I was unhappy, but they do a great job with lip so I was like let me see. However, after you spent in almost $800 between me and my friend. I am so disappointed. I even went back a week later to have them fix the areas. My disport is completely gone. It’s only been one month maybe a little bit over than that and I’ve been getting disport for about four years now and I stuck to the same Med spa and I never ever have an issue! I literally even get less units and it last me four months. I do not usually leave reviews, but I am in Industry and not only did I not really care for their customer service. It just seems like unless you have a “big following” You don’t matter, but silly because I have a large following on tiktok considering I am a hair stylist. So it’s a shame, but I would definitely not recommend them for Botox. I am actually so upset that I won’t even go back and get my lips done there. As someone who is a perfectionist, my clientele has been with me for years and best believe they are not leaving unless 100% percent happy! Not only that, but there was also an issue with Them running out of Botox for my friend who Use “ Botox” And this was stated on the phone and we didn’t even Get a phone call, letting us know.

As a beauty professional, I truly never leave reviews specially bad ones. But I just think you guys should know. After $800 spent between the both of us and we both are extremely Disappointed with our results. I don’t care. I’m leaving a review..

I go here frequently for my Semaglutide shots and it’s always a pleasant and quick visit! Just had another appointment today this time with Parandis. She was very informative while we discussed Lipo injections and Chin filler. All the ladies there and front desk staff are great and sweet! Definitely earned a long term client

I love love love the way Ms Denise works. She's an amazing injector. She's very kind, sweet, gentle, and very patient. She makes you feel comfortable when getting injections and very calm. I love her costumer service and the way she explains everything with a lot of guidance and expertise. She's also very educated and the best at cosmetica! This is the only place I go to for my lip injections and Botox and I'm from NYC.

First consultation: everything was well explained and seemed set in stone, but coming to do the actual sessions of Kybella, there was a slight difficulty with pricing, and what was told at the consultation meeting wasn't passed on to the girls working at the front desk. It's like they've changed their minds instantly once I was an established client. I didn't like that; it threw me off. I'm not saying the price was the problem, but it's just discipline. How can you change your mind once I make the decision to have the service done? There was alot of reminding also--which was exhausting, no one can remember what I came in for whenever it was the date of my appointment. First and last time coming here.
