Best experience I’ve had at a doctor! Dr. Karozos was professional and thorough. I can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and I never felt she was rushing to move on to her next appointment. Blood draw was painless and the staff made me comfortable throughout my visit.

The service was fine. I essentially went in and described what I read about my symptoms from Google and the doctor wrote me a prescription. However, this place receives a one star from me for how unprofessional they've handled billing. Though I have insurance that covered this visit and gave it to them, they also had my debit card on file as protocol. They later withdrew the hospital bill from my card despite the valid insurance on file. After contacting my insurance company, they were able to give me the check number with which they paid for this hospital visit and the day AIM received it. Naturally, I was expecting a refund check since I confirmed they had been paid twice for the same visit (one payment they took from my debit card without contacting me). I waited but never received one. I called their billing service to sort this out and was told refund checks had to be requested. This was odd to me, but I requested it at that moment. It's been about 8 weeks later after that request, many phone calls and many promises on their end that I should receive the check in about a week or so. Week after week, has gone by and I still haven't been refunded. When I call they either say the check is coming, or give me a changing story about what's going on with the refund check. Sometimes they say they will investigate the issue and will call me back, but never do. I am writing this because they are passive aggressive on the phone and I don't think anyone should experience this treatment.

Called to make an appointment. Same issue as other person above in other review. They said it would be $500 cash for an appointment and we explained we had insurance (they said they would not take insurance). I said, ok, that’s fine - we’ll just pay out of pocket and submit for the appointment ourselves as we have really good insurance. They said that we were NOT allowed to submit with insurance for the appointment(!). I asked why if we were paying “cash” anyway. They wouldn’t give me an answer. They are obviously double billing people - getting out-of-towners to pay cash, then also billing their insurance. Very strange - would avoid.
