I called 3pm asked if they do compression leg sleeves and if I need need a prescription. They said yes. I then told them ok I’ll have my cardiologist send a prescription to them now and will come out tomorrow morning. I’ve been asked what time they open they said 9 AM. When I showed up they told me they are by appointment only and the earliest appointment was about 12 days out. When I said to the receptionist I called yesterday and needing an appointment was never mentioned. With an attitude she asked who do I speak to. I started asking question, do you know where I can go to get what I need. She said if you let me finish I’ll explain what you need to do? I sat down to google where else I can go called my doctor and heard her arguing with the next customer in line stating that she was only in there for a week. It looks to me like the place is understaffed and not properly trained.

Professional all the way! These folks know their stuff. Their customer service is exceptional, their product stellar and they have solved my prolblem. Many thanks to all at ProMed. I have only experience with their line of compression stockings and I am so glad I went with them for my medical needs. I have no doubt their experience and professionalism extends to other equipment and supplies they provide. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend them.

Avoid at all costs! I’ve been dealing with them for 2 months now and I still don’t have my garment. They have had my prescription for a compression garment, but yet can’t seem to get things together to finalize everything. Extremely poor service and no communication what-so-ever! Go anywhere else!!!!!

They used to be a great stor to deal with now you can't get ahold of anybody you can't get your product ordered their rude and over talk you Definitely not a great place to order your product anymore
