Can’t recommend this shop enough! Gracie did everything she could to help us when my husbands competitor brand jacket zipper broke. Both her and Rose were very helpful and knowledgable about the product and gave us great tidbits on how to make our gear last into the future. They’ve won customers in us and our kids!!

I shopped at the Patagonia stores in Beaver Creek before going on a cruise to Alaska in the fall and this Christmas. All of your employees, especially Grace, Erin, Alex, Jamil and Kelly (as well as Ken in Vail & Jen this fall) were congenial, professional, knowledgeable and helpful!! People in the Corporate Office were also great when I called them! The services of all of these people were as excellent as the quality of your merchandise, which is amazing!!
I will continue to get the majority of my gear from this excellent company!! Thank you!! Linda - a long term local.

I needed a unique item - some zipper pull tabs for a jacket. I went to several outdoor clothing stores in Beaver Creek Village with no luck and no suggestions.

That was until I went to the Patagonia store. I was greeted cheerfully by Megan who was super helpful, had exactly what I was looking for and had a few options to choose from in several colours. Great customer service and a great experience.

About midway through my trip to Beaver Creek, I ripped the seam of my Patagonia Ski pants. I came into this store hoping that they would help me with a repair. Instead, the employee immediately offered a full replacement of the pants, free of charge. I was incredibly impressed by their customer service and I love my new ski pants. I've always liked Patagonia products but now I'm a loyal customer to the brand.
